Bill Eberlein and TillyTec
As a fossil diver in Savannah GA I make about 350 dives per year hunting for Megalodon Teeth. These Megateeth are from a giant prehistoric shark called a Megalodon and are heavily collected around the world. The water I dive in is very muddy and my visibility ranges from absolute zero to just a few inches with a good underwater light. In conditions like these it is critical that I have the best and most durable dive light that I can find. Over the last 15 years I have made thousands of dives in near zero visibility and have tried many dive lights.
Six years ago my friend Frank from Germany introduced me to TillyTec Lights. I have never been happier with the performance or construction of an underwater light and the customer service has been outstanding. Three years ago I upgraded my LED 1200 to an LED 2000 and am now in the process of upgrading to the LED 4500. I have over a thousand dives in rough conditions on my 2000 and I use it daily. I have never had a problem with the LEDs on this lamp and the battery life on the 2000 with my TT3 canister is outstanding. I plan to keep using TillyTec lights for as long as I am diving.
I am not receiving anything for writing this review but I like these lights so much that I wanted to let people know my experiences.
