TillyTec offers the original purchaser a 2 year manufacturer’s warranty against material and workmanship defects on all of its products.

Certain items, such as batteries, LED are covered by a 12 month conditional warranty that commences on the date of customer purchase.

In order to maintain the manufacturer’s warranty, the original purchaser must retain their sales receipt.

Unauthorized modifications, repairs, negligence, accidental damage, commercial use or abuse are not covered by the warranty.

Floods, leaks, punctures and broken bulbs etc., are not covered by the warranty unless they are the direct result of a material or workmanship defect.

Defects attributed to or resulting from normal wear and tear, abuse, alteration or non-specified use are not covered under the warranty.

Warranty shipping costs:

The costumer is responsibility for the shipping costs to TillyTec USA LLC.

The return shipping costs to the costumer are covered by TillyTec USA LLC.

Inbound and outbound freight for non-warranty items are the responsibility of the consumer.
